Delete your Aster account
Aster gives you two ways to delete your account
and the data we hold for you. Both delete the same data on the same schedule.
1. From inside the Aster app (fastest)
- Open Aster on your phone
- Tap Settings
- Tap Delete account at the bottom
- Confirm — your subscription is set to cancel at the end of your
current billing period, and your data is scheduled for deletion
in 30 days.
2. If you no longer have the app
Email benettimedia@gmail.com
from the email address you used to subscribe.
We verify the request and process deletion within
30 days of confirmation.
What we retain after deletion
- Anonymous aggregate counts (e.g. monthly active user totals).
These contain no identifier that could re-identify you.
- Billing records (Stripe), retained for 7 years per tax law.
Note on subscriptions:
Apple App Store and Google Play subscriptions must be cancelled
from your phone's Settings → Subscriptions. We cannot cancel them
for you; only the platform owner can.
