Aster — Daily Horoscope provides iOS and Android app. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes.
Access to premium features requires auto-renewable subscription via Apple StoreKit / Google Play Billing. Pricing is shown in-app at purchase time. Your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled exclusively by Apple — visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Refunds for Google Play purchases are handled exclusively by Google — visit support.google.com/googleplay.
Aster's readings are reflective practice, not medical or mental health advice. Users should not rely on Aster for decisions that should involve a licensed professional.

Aster — Daily Horoscope and its associated content, code, and assets are owned by Benetti Corporation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Benetti Corporation will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Austin, Texas, unless prohibited by your local law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will reflect changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
